Everything you need to know before booking your photo booth experience.

We recommend booking 3–6 weeks in advance for private events and 1–2 months for corporate activations. Popular dates (weekends and holidays) fill up quickly, so the sooner you reach out, the better!

A signed agreement and a deposit are required to officially reserve your event date. Once both are received, your date is locked in and we begin planning your custom experience.

We understand that plans can change. Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your date and cover early planning costs. If you need to reschedule, we'll do our best to accommodate a new date based on availability. Please reach out as soon as possible so we can work together on the best solution.

We don't just show up with equipment — we show up for you. From your very first message to the last photo of the night, we invest in getting to know you, your vision, and your guests. Every overlay, backdrop, and detail is curated specifically for your event — never templated, never recycled. Many of our clients come back to us again and again, and that's the relationship we're most proud of. You're not just booking a booth; you're gaining a team that genuinely cares about making your celebration unforgettable.

Yes — a professional attendant is always on-site to ensure everything runs smoothly and every guest has an amazing time, unless otherwise specified. We do offer special packages tailored to drop-off setups for clients who prefer a self-serve experience at a different price point. Just ask us about it!

Yes! We proudly service all of South Florida and can travel outside the area for an additional travel fee. Contact us with your event location and we'll let you know the details.

Typically a 10×10 ft area is ideal for our setup, but we're flexible and can work with your venue's layout. Just let us know your space constraints when booking and we'll find the best configuration.

Yes, we require access to a standard power outlet within 10–15 feet of the setup area. If your venue has any power limitations, let us know in advance and we'll plan accordingly.

Our 360° booth captures stunning slow-motion videos from all angles — perfect for high-energy, shareable moments. Guests step onto the platform, strike a pose, and walk away with a cinematic clip they'll want to share everywhere.

Our most popular format is the classic 2×6 photo strip, but we also offer 4×6 prints and other formats depending on your package. Ask us about the options when booking!
